Bonus Terms Clause by Clause

A terms document runs long, but the lines that decide anything number about a dozen. The rest is legal scaffolding that stays identical from campaign to campaign. The editors of shokker.biz have gathered here the lines that genuinely change how much time and money an offer demands, and the order in which to read them when only two minutes are available.

Two minutes before activation

  1. Find the multiplier and check whether it applies to the bonus or to bonus plus deposit.
  2. Find the validity and divide the required turnover by the days available.
  3. Check the maximum stake and set the game to match it.
  4. Read the weighting table and pick a game that counts in full.
  5. Confirm whether the bonus is sticky and whether a cashout ceiling applies.

Those five answers cover the overwhelming majority of later surprises. If any of them is missing from the terms, that absence is itself useful information.

Who does not qualify

Patterns treated as abuse

A separate paragraph governs behaviour that voids a bonus: opposing bets that cover every outcome at once, systematic minimum stakes on excluded games, several accounts working the same campaign. These clauses are not decorative and they are enforced. Ordinary play along existing habits never approaches that line, whereas any strategy promising to convert a bonus risk-free arrives there every time.

Which version is binding

Campaign terms are updated from time to time, and the binding version is the one published at the moment of activation. Two consequences follow. First, an older review or a screenshot from last month is not a safe reference, since the multiplier and the deadline may have moved. Second, the terms text is worth saving on the day of activation, because it is the only document that stands on the player's side in a dispute. A campaign disappearing from the site does not cancel an already active bonus: it runs to its own deadline under the rules that applied at the start.

If the offer is voided anyway

  1. Save the campaign page and the terms exactly as they appeared at activation.
  2. Note the precise time, the deposit amount and the betting history.
  3. Describe the sequence to support briefly and quote the campaign name exactly as it appeared.
  4. If the first answer does not settle it, continue through the complaints guide — a documented case always moves faster.
